These terms describe use of shamanzanny.com and services offered through Hilom LLC dba Bahay Hilom. Review them before booking a session, applying for training, or purchasing through the website. Ask us about anything you do not understand.
Cultural & Holistic Practitioner Disclaimer
Shaman / Dr. Zanny Morales is a cultural holistic practitioner, not an MD or a medical physician. Participation in his services is voluntary. Hilot, traditional assessment, bodywork, and spiritual or cultural practices are complementary support for your healing journey; they do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. Continue to seek care from your primary care physician and other licensed healthcare professionals. Do not delay medical care or change prescribed treatment because of a session. You may ask questions, decline a practice, or stop a session at any time. For a medical emergency, call 911.
The titles “Shaman” and “Dr.” used for Zanny on this website do not identify him as an MD, a medical doctor, or a licensed medical physician. Traditional or spiritual assessment is not a medical diagnosis. No medical, psychological, fertility, or other health outcome is guaranteed.
Voluntary participation and consent
You choose whether to participate. Before a practice begins, ask what it involves, how it may affect your comfort, and what alternatives are available. You may decline any practice, withdraw consent, or ask to stop. Tell the practitioner about relevant concerns, sensitivities, injuries, medications, or circumstances that may affect safe participation, using the appropriate intake process rather than the general website contact form.
Continue appropriate medical care and discuss complementary practices with your primary care physician or other licensed healthcare professional. Sessions do not create a physician–patient relationship or replace licensed medical or mental health services. Emergency needs must be directed to emergency services.
Website information and outcomes
Website content describes cultural practices, wellness services, and educational opportunities. It is general information, not individualized medical advice. Personal experiences and testimonials describe individual views and do not promise that another person will have the same result. Services, instructors, schedules, and formats may vary by booking or cohort.
Bookings, prices, and availability
Check the service menu or current training listing for the exact offering, duration, location, tuition, lodging options, and availability. Training information is aligned with Hilot School’s upcoming training listings. A listing or application alone does not reserve a seat or confirm an appointment.
Review the selected option and total before paying. Taxes, delivery, travel, lodging, or other expenses may be separate unless the specific listing says they are included. If a price, date, or description appears inconsistent, contact us before purchasing. Your confirmed booking or enrollment documents identify the service purchased.
Cancellations, deposits, transfers, and changes
The cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, and transfer terms disclosed for your particular session, product, or cohort apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Please read them before payment and contact us if they are missing or unclear. This general page does not create a new non-refundable deposit, a cancellation fee, or a blanket waiver of consumer rights.
Changes or disruptions to an event will be addressed under the applicable enrollment agreement and applicable law. Travel and other personal expenses are governed by their separate arrangements. Contact us promptly about cancellations, rescheduling, accessibility needs, or a concern with a service.
Training, credentials, and materials
Training is cultural and educational. A certificate of completion or practitioner recognition is not an MD qualification or a substitute for any professional license required where you work. Students are responsible for understanding the applicable requirements and limits of their practice.
Completion of Levels 1 or 2 does not authorize teaching the material or reproducing manuals, recordings, or other training resources. Any teaching permission must be separately granted in writing by the program. Website and training content belongs to Hilom LLC dba Bahay Hilom or its respective owners. Do not copy, sell, distribute, or use protected content commercially without appropriate permission.
Respectful and lawful use
Provide accurate booking and contact information and use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate someone, interfere with the website, misuse payment functions, or share someone else’s private information without authority. If arranging a session for a minor or another person, contact us first about consent and booking requirements.

These terms operate subject to applicable law and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date; purchase-specific terms disclosed at the time of booking remain relevant to that transaction.
